Despite not feeling my best, I was determined not to lose momentum on my training and today I completed Week 2.

I still feel rough, but I also feel great!

Bring on Week 3......

Hmm....yes, we are both on Week 3, Run 1 - but the difference is that I am on C25K and you're on 10K!!

Anyway, you're welcome. Looking forward to the step up on Saturday.
