Beginners clothing

Well that was better than the first one. As the weather improves(!) I will have to think about clothing. I have a long sleeve wicking top and a light fleece so I suppose I will need to raid my husband's supplies! I will treat myself when I am further into the programme.

Well done! You will find as you take this journey, there are many running items you can treat yourself with! Light layers work well, out of wicking fabric to wick away the moisture from your skin. Soon you will have long sleeve, short sleeve, sleeveless etc. Gayle

I've been thinking this too. So far, just trainers and clothes I've got but later, who knows!?

I have just bought new trainers, as the old ones didn't have enough support and my FIRST pair of running socks! Out for run 3 tomorrow. Next week will be harder as I'm back to work.
