Well I started on Monday. I've had the podcast loaded for ages and finally grasped the bull by the horns! I'm still a bit achy today so will make sure I stretch properly after run 2 today. It's a bit hilly around me so my mind says no! I managed to get the walks in over the hilly bits so will try the same today. Oh to live in the Nederlands!

Well done on getting started, I think the first week is the hardest! I’ve just got back from W9R3 and feel like no time at all has gone by, yet I can happily run for half an hour now. This programme really does work! You’ll be a runner before you know it :D

Can-I-do-it? Yes, you can. Just listen to Laura and keep blogging. View those hills as a challenge... I've just done W9R1 on a particularly hilly route...a real slog, but I got quite emotional when I "beat" it at last. :-)
