W9 run 1 complete

Out with our work running club today for the first run of my graduation week. Pleased to say that I finished, but the last 2 minutes was harder than the first 28 lol. Hoping it will get easier.

Yes your probably right, if I think back to that first week I couldn't imagine being where I am now
