Well done justmole!! I've been looking out to hear how you you were doing, knowing that this milestone was coming up for you. Believe it - you've done it. That hurdle is over!

I'm attempting it on Thursday, having done W5 R2 this morning. Fingers crossed. If I achieve it, it will be the first time ever too.

Enjoy the moment!! :)

Fantastic - well done - I am in awe of you! I have only just completed week 2 so your achievement is something I can only aspire to. Tomorrow when you wake up that achievement will be your first thougth - bottle that feeling and bring it out when you need it. Well done!!

PS how are your knees now? I had a look at your past blogs and they were a bit sore at week 2 (as mine are now) - any tips? I just bought new trainers.....

Thank you thank you thank you all!

Caledonia - I just said to myself - don't stop - you can do this over and over again and Laura tells you too. Once I hit 10 mins it got easier mentally because I just needed to do the same again. Then with 5 mins to go i thought there is ni way i am going to stop!I will be thinking of you and please let us know how you get on!!

Bobnewbie- bless you and don't be in awe of me - 3 weeks ago (only)I was on week 3. Just really really have faith in the plan. I am 35 15 stone and have achieved - if I can -we all can!

Thank you all for your kind wishes x x

My knees are much better- thank you. I spoke to a nice man at the gym (an instructor) he checked my trainers were fine- then he said that my knees could be down to my front thigh muscle not being am stretchy enough yet- he showed me some stretches to do before and after and got me to roll out my thigh using this giant rolling pin thing and since then - no sore knees! Apparently it is that muscle that supports the knee so if that is not flexible enough it can pull on the knee when you start exercising - if your body or knees are not used to it . Sorry I don't know technical terms x x
