The running time has increased by 50% but actually it didn't feel like it at all.

I guess that's a sign of the gradual nature of the Programme working, in that the increases are gentle enough to not be too much of a shock.

I'm am quite sure it gets a lot tougher, so I'm going to enjoy the relative ease while it lasts!

Yep that's exactly right, even when it gets tougher later on it still remains manageable. Good luck with the rest of the programme.
