So, in my excitement after finishing wk3r3 I decided to check what wk4 had in store for me. BIG mistake! It looks like a huge hike up from wk 3 and now I'm overthinking it and doubting whether I can do it. Arggh, would have been better off going into it blind! Ok, no point in procrastinating on here: ) I'm off to get organised, will report back later!

You can do it, Trust in the Plan 100%, it works. There are a couple hikes in the program but it's intentional and at the risk of sounding boring, it works!

Go out and do it and trust in yourself and the programme. You will feel amazing when you realise you CAN do it!
You'll be fine. I did W4R1 last Friday and I'm doing R2 within the next hour. Can't wait to get out there!
Thanks guys, you were right, I did it! It was amazing, I live on the coast and it's a glorious morning here. The other walkers/ runners on the beach must have thought i was insane - I literally couldn't keep the grin off my face when Laura congratulated me on finishing. I felt really quite emotional, who knows how I'm going to be at the end of the programme! Thanks for the encouragement, this does work, even for the sloth that used to be me: )
Well done for completing W4R1! I'll be doing my last week 3 run later today so I will start week 4 next week. I'm feeling nervous but excited about it!
