Only covered 4.5k but did a bit of hill and speed work. Always slightly disappointed how modest the hills look on the Endomondo track when they feel such hard work running up them. disturbed a buzzard on a lamp post at the back of the school. It flew off into a tree and stayed there while I ran round the football pitch.

Hills are a bit of a nightmare for me still. I think 4.5k is great when it covers hills and speed - well done
