I managed to get my three 28 minute runs in. Failed twice then got them done..Started to do my first 30 today and had to stop after 15 minutes...nasty pain in calf. Feeling really disappointed after having come so far. Nice hot bath and going to massage in some muscle rub and will try again on Sunday....fingers crossed for me please

Sensible to stop, rather than battle on through. Hope it feels much better soon - be as patient as you can so it's fully ok before you try again, so you don't end up on the sidelines for weeks.
Maybe you're pushing a wee bit too hard, trying to get finished, if the 28 runs were hard? Might be worth going a bit slower, and focusing just on time, rather than pace for week 9?

I did it! FIrst thirty minutes, and for the very first time, enjoyed it rather than suffering to get to target. Stretched likey billyo yesterday, muscle rub this morning and a positive attitude...beautiful frosty park...onwards and upwards!! Thanks all for your support...xHappy Easter!! xx
