After my last two 25 minute runs which I breezed through I was surprised to find this one tough. No reason, just was. I slowed right down as advised but never got going. If it wasn't for Laura I'm sure I would have stopped,, but I didn't! Hopefully back on track for 3rd run this week. Oh well 20 runs down and just 7 to go, three non stop 25 minute runs under my belt. Never thought I'd say that just a few weeks ago!!

w7r2 tough!
Some runs are just harder than others. Well done for keeping going. I find post-pigging-out-on-biscuits runs are harder, but I just can't resist those darned biscuits. Even baked my own so I could lower the sugar content and mix more healthy things in, but I still find running after eating junk is harder!
Well done Steve! Keep at it!
Hi steviej99, my W7 was one of ups and downs, I found myself begging Laura to make the final minutes go faster in one of the runs!! 😅 and the next one was much better. I am sure you will breeze through the coming one!!!
well done
I have finished all 9 weeks recently and often found that towards the end I would often alternate between good runs and more of a struggle next time. I think its your body getting used to the extra workload. Just carry on doesn't matter if you have to slow down but never stop. you will be doing 30mins soon believe me.
I am also struggling with week 7, so thanks for reminding me of the progress made so far. We can do this!
I did W7R1 on Monday afternoon. I too found it tough but persevered and slowed down to keep going until the end. I covered 3.59km on my Fitbit for the 25mins that I ran for and I was pleased with that. I am doing W7R2 tomorrow evening. We can all definitely do this!
Great to hear everybody's shared experience, I feel better now and looking forward to my fourth 25 minute run tomorrow! Your right Manhattan we can and will do this!
Week 7, r2 and r3 were awful for me then did w8 r1 yesterday right after lunch and even felt good enough to attempt my nemesis The Hill. It’s weird.
Good to hear that you overcame W7 hurdle. It seems to me that everyone seems to have weeks that they find inexplicably hard. I guess we don't give ourselves enough credit for the extra exercise/running workload that we are doing each week. Thanks for the encouraging feedback
