I decided to repeat the week 1 runs as I wasn't feeling well enough to do Monday or Tuesday & the last run was Friday. The dogs seem to be feeling the effects too so it's better this way I think. The last but one run is downhill and the last is uphill so at least there is some variety.

Well done, I no it seems hard but try to move through and trust the program it definitely works! I did week 2 x 2 because of the snow ect but looking back I really didn't need to, at the time tho it was important to me so I know how you feel!

Making the runs vary from the start is good I'm struggling incorporating hills and so on now wish I'd done it from the start so the challenge continues :-) x

Well done!! I'd say listen to your body, and if you've missed a good few days and feel like repeating a run from the previous week, do. There's nothing worse than pushing yourself TOO hard to move on when you're not ready, and then ffeeling like you've failed when you don't manage it.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter how many times you have to go out to complete this programme - th ebeauty of it is you do it at your own personal speed. Just don't stop altogether!! :-)

Keep going...;you are doing great (I sound like Laura now!!) :) If you feel you have to repeat a week that is no problem, do your own pace. Sometimes we are our own worst enemies...we think we did a really bad run when in fact it wasn't so bad we just expect so much of ourselves. The most important thing is to get back out there and continue running, whether it's W1 again or W2. It's great to incorporate some hills so early on well done you! Keep going and keep posting :-D
