I was supposed to be getting out there today to re-run run 1 of week 5 or attempt run 2(still undecided after wednesdays efforts...)but having been feeling increasingly poorly since last weekend have woken up feeling rotten so no running for me today 😔 very disappointed to say the least 😕 i guess this is not the best time of year for this!!!

Sympathy and cyber hug! The run will wait for you, get better first. The good thing about doing the C25K now is that we will be lovely and fit ( relatively) when the fair weather runners emerge next Spring/ Summer! 😀

Week 4 - fairly awesome!
