Well after a forced two and a half month lay off I'm going to try a very gentle jog today having had a very painful torn quad I think I might venture back to the warmth of the gym and a flat treadmill for a twenty minute jog or is this too much ?

I would have said thats quite a big restart... but really I have no idea! I had 3 weeks off with an injury and did W1R1 to start, just to see how it felt without psuhing myself at all.

Anyway, I guess you will have done it by now, so how did you get on?

Yay, you're back! Good idea to take it slowly and build it back up again. The last thing you need is to set your recovery back. all the best, and let us know how you get on :)
