today is the day ho yes W9R3 the final day of this fantastic c25k program i know everyone says this but i can not belive that 9 weeks ago i could not run for more than 1 min.and look at me now last run.so to everyone just starting the program please listen trust it and SLOW AND STEADY AND YOU WILL GET THERE a big thank you to everyone that as give me great advice and encouragement thank you
