Hi all just decided to take up couch to 5k after having 5 children and over the last year managing to lose over 3 stone on healthy eating plan. Doing this has made me feel alot fitter.....I plan to start my 1st run today.....I am doing mine on a running machine. Are there many others that use the same? Will keep you sll up to date on my progress Thankyou.

Good luck Shazzaroo! You’ve already shown you’re able to still to a programme with your amazing weight loss so you’ll love this. Think of it as 30 mins me time. It’s an amazing buzz when you tick off each run. Keep us posted!

The hardest thing is actually getting started, so well done! I’m doing my runs on a treadmill, too, and have just done W6R1 - struggled with the early runs, so can’t quite believe it, but here I am. It works! Good luck and enjoy! 😊
