Good luck with it. I’ve put extra weight on with running but it’s muscle weight. But my shape has changed a little. It’s good you’ve decided to keep it up. I started week 7 yesterday and loved the run but boy am I sore today, the first real aches I’ve had. Good luck with it

What made you decide to go back 2 weeks? Well done for getting through run 1 of the week.

Because I just can’t face 25 mins. Last week after 8 mins I had to stop. I’m just not fit enough & am carrying too much Wright. I’ll stay here until I can do this week easily ..., x

That's what the plan is all about. Getting you to the point where you feel you can do it. If you need to repeat any runs or weeks that's all part of making it work for you. I'm just about to do w6r3 and honestly I find the thought of 25 minutes quite intimidating.

Even if you had to stop after 8 minutes, everyone has a bad run day. You've done the 20 minutes of week 5! You probably can do 25 minutes, you just need to go super slow and believe in yourself. ☺️ Good luck x

Trust me I can’t go slower. But i know my own body and what it can and can’t do..., so I’ll stick at week 6 until it’s easily doable x
