There was a post on here a few weeks ago explaining how to do it, you could try searching for it? Also, did you know that they are available on iTunes? Download them straight to your iPhone via the podcast app

I just downloaded straight from iTunes onto my iPod as a Podcast it may be easier than doing it via your PC.
