As our NHS Couch to 5K team for the 5x50 Challenge is growing by the day ( 17 members so far ) I thought I'd recommend that, if you are on facebook, 'like' 5x50 and you will get lots of information coming through. Today they have announced that they are in partnership with Run4it and there will be T shirts coming out soon which I believe some of the proceeds will go to comic relief.
It all starts on March 31st so it's not too late to join; get fit and support comic relief

I was considering what to do on the non - running days of the challenge and have decided brisk walking for 5k some days then my hiking/geocaching on other alternative days as I cover longer distances but more varied terrain. What will others do?
Ah, another hiker and geocacher. On non-running days I'll be hiking and cycling (and geocaching when doing both), and am also going to count my 60 mins yoga class and aerobics sessions as the '30 minutes of exercise' for some days.
