I'm sat here this morning trying to muster up the courage and motivation to do Run 3 of week 5, 20 minutes of running seems and insane jump from 8!

Go on. You can do it! Just think how great you'll feel once you have!
Trust in the programme, you have done all the preparation, go for it..
Done it! First 10 minutes were the hardest and then the last 2, can't believe I've just run for 20 minutes at 6 mph, thanks for the words of encouragement, and yes "Trust in the programme" is very true!

Yeaaaay!! You did it! Well done! I can only imagine running for 5 mins at the mo so your apprehension at such a big leap seeming impossible but then doing it, is encouraging
