I’ve been going tho this programme and doing well but I now have Got to this run. I did some strength training at the gym today for the first time then tried this run but bailed after10 mins. I not sure I can do it !! Should I go back ? Built up slowly? Feel like I’ve lost my belief!

I think that maybe your mind got the better of you and you thought you couldn’t do it and so you couldn’t l usually run and gym on alternate days I’m sure you will be fine just chalk it up to experience
Do it again but be well rested and go slower! If I can do it, you can!!
You can do this, it’s definitely mind over matter. Do you have music playing, I love my Spotify and try to zone in on the music. Xx
I’m not criticising but obviously your muscles have already been worked so running will be harder. Strength train on running rest days.
No gym workouts on a running day is one of my mantras. When you next do the run relax and do it slowly. At the end of it you will feel the endorphin rush! 😀
Just try this run again go slow as possible you've done all the practice for it you can do this good luck 😊
W5R3 is the shortest workout since W3.
It is just another workout.
