Should graduate on Wednesday then. I think I am subconsciously delaying the end because I'm am worried I'll lose momentum without Laura and the discipline of the programme to keep me going (should have done today's run on Friday and graduated today!) anyone else feel like this and any tips to keep going?

W9R2 done! Just one more to go!
We slacked off after graduation because of illness, holidays, no structure and all around laziness. Hubby and I find we like a schedule and we also create long and short term goals. This seems to help us stay motivated. We are currently in our last week of a 10K program. Best wishes for a fantastic Grad run!! Gayle
I was worried about slacking off after graduation, but so far (a week and a half, so early days!) it's been quite the opposite. I have really enjoyed every run, done one every other day, and am loving doing 'mixed up training' - some longer and slower, some shorter and faster, and some in between.
I think I prefer varying the times and paces to those last three weeks of c25k, where it felt rather like a long slog. I'm not following a particular programme at the moment, or using podcasts/music, but I may if I get bored, but no sign of that yet.
Come on in, the water's lovely!
Hi! I was worried about the coming off the program; so I downloaded the C25K+ podcasts, have got out every other day like greenlegs, varying the places I am running and how long for, not confining myself to the exact 30 or 35 minutes. I quite fanct the Zombie podcastpeople have been talkiing about, but need a new phone or Ipod first!
I have also Sneaky Peeked at my local parkrun course and that will be an option when I have the confidence to run with others ( as I have done c25k all alone).
I have signed up for Comic relief's 5x50 challenge to get me motivated to exercise on my non running days (that's 5k or 30 mins exercise of some sort every day for 50 days)
Just keep at it, find ideas to keep the motivation up and enjoy your new found fitness! I am!
