Just started week 2, 1st run today. Even though its 2 runs less and only 30 seconds longer on each run its amazing how much effect that extra 30 seconds can have.
i finished it and can definitely feel it in my legs, but as always I feel AMAZING!
My body is definitely reaping the benefits.
Ive got my annual fitness test for work on friday which always left me puffing and panting in the past, im looking froward to it to see if I find it any easier than previously.
keep up the good work peeps, the 5k is getting slowly closer!
