As you'll no doubt notice from the 'graduate' badge, I've done this before. I got to the end and did the happy dance.
Then it got cold....
Actually, it was combination of things, but the cold weather was the biggest issue. Except maybe the flooding of just about every place I could go for a run without having to drive there first.
In any case, winter was not good for my running. I have all but given up running, blaming the cold (if was not this cold this time last year) and the need for new trainers (I have worn holes in the soles) and the flooding (my usual run is still underwater) and just about anything else which excuses me from running.
Worse, my wife stopped running when I did, so there's not even that angle to keep me running.
But this cannot last. Once the weather changes, I am going back. I might have to change my routes and I might have to start back at week one, but I'm going to start running again.
Soon...
