Just found the podcasts!

I've been keen to get into running a lot recently as I dont have enough money for the gym and I really want to get fit. I am so unfit so I thought I should take action - a while ago I found an app called Zombies, Run! Its really great but I feel like you need to have a certain amount of stamina to get anything out of it...

Ive just been browsing on the internet and have come across theses C25k podcasts. They look GREAT so I downloaded them all and loaded them on to my phone!

Im setting my alarm tomorrow morning for my first run and Im super excited, hopefully these will work out and I'll be fighting fit at the end of the 9 weeks!

I will try and keep track on my progress on this blog, which I also found a minute ago and looks really good!

Happy running!

Yes get stuck in and leave at least a day to recover between runs!

Do it. You won't look back and you'll be amazed at what you are capable of. It's not easy to start with, but just stick with it as it will get easier as you get fitter. Good luck.

I'm so glad I found the podcasts! I struggled with the seventh and eighth one-minute runs in week one, but now I'm about to go out and run my third week eight run of 28 minutes! I can't believe I'm going to graduate next week when I couldn't run at all at Christmas!!!

It is amazing. The amount of time I have spent money on different gadgets in the name of getting fit and then never actually got there. Because of time issue or some thing else. With c25k all you need is about half an hour and urge to get fit. When I started c25k I found hard to run for two minutes and now l rum for 25 minute easily and the important thing is I love it and look forward to it. Good luck and just keep going :)

I hope your first run was a good one, but even if it was a struggle I hope you stick with it. Each week is a challenge but designed so it is achievable. Slow and steady is definitely the key. :-)
