Don't know why but progression was feeling pretty good, then this run felt so difficult, every run wan an improvement to this point, felt like a step backwards...
Also buying new Running Shoes next week, started to feel pain in my hip, advised it might be my trainers as I am severly flat footed...

I'd recommend reading around a bit too - there's a strong suggestion that good running form can strengthen feet and raise the arches, though it does seem to be a bit controversial, as it isn't how things were interpreted in the past. Born to Run and Chi Running are books that might be of interest, but there's loads on the web too. But I'm no expert, just interested in running without pain!
Maybe try running slower and with smaller steps for a bit? That can make a huge difference - but do find out more. Running is great when it goes right.
