Oh my word - fantastic! Well done you! I'm still at least 2mins (on a good day!) away from hitting 30mins for 5k. It's bound to give you confidence and I don't doubt you'll be hitting 30mins very soon.

What a fantastic time, saruma! My fastest time is around 31 mins but that was downhill with a following gale! Haven't managed to get near it recently but starting to whittle it down again to about 32 mins. Are you using the 5k+ podcasts at all?
