Wow what a difference some rest and a lot of food makes!

I ran on Tue, 2.9 miles which i had to walk half of due to sever energy issues. I received a telling off from Sian for being on a starvation diet although i lost a stone in a month. I went out on Thu, same route but with more success. I pigged out since then and this afternoon went for a run. The total was 9.2ish miles but i had to walk probably about 2 miles of that, still not bad and a huge improvement compared to my efforts during the week. I had to walk the first mile or so due to bad chest pains but once that settled down it was all systems go!

To sum up, if a food health expert gives you advice on nutrition, listen!!

Thanks Sian, i love you x x x x

Hi Dale thanks very much. I havent lost any weight in years so to lose a stone in a month was a surprise. I guess its about finding a compromise. It certainly is the case you cant run on empty like i was trying :-( Ed

Good to hear that you're working out a better balance with that expert advice. :)

You are running a considerable distance there! :o

Hello there. Well done to you. I want to just ask who is Sian. ? I need help with weight loss as its just not happening for me. !

Sian is me. I'm not really an expert, but I'm a clinician with an eating disorders service and work very closely with a specialist dietician. I just told Ed off for behaving in a ridiculous manner and frightened him into being more sensible!
