Well a week of PBs so far.
On Saturday I ran 8k non stop which was the furthest distance yet 
Today, I finally return to pre quit smoking weight of 26 months ago - still overweight but a step, hop and a jump in the right direction
Today new 5K PB of 26m52 sorry to go on, but I'm dead chuffed and also I used to come last in cross country at school 25 years ago, what has C25K done to me...
The speed PB I think is down to the interval training, did push it though.
And to top it all off, my 17 year old pussy cat is bright and well after dental work to sort an abscess on her check and she still likes me after coming back from the vets
