Today was my 3rd Park run. I must admit I wasn't feeling it at all. My partner joined me again and the conversation on the way went something like this...
"Well I'm not feeling it at all today"
"Me neither. Should have drank more water yesterday"
"Yeah and less wine"
"I'm not expecting to beat my PB this week. I will just have a relaxed run"
"Good idea"
The conversation on the way back...
"I'm so pleased we did it"
"So am I"
"Pretty sure I beat my PB"
"Me too"
"Shall we do it again next week"
"Yes definitely"
Turns out I did beat my PB and feel rather pleased with myself. Happy Saturday to all 😊

I wasn't feeling it today my second park run. Did it quicker but only 35:1m . According to strava I ran 5.9k no idea how that happened. Parkrun is my slowest run not sure if it is just a different course Next week will be better
