Hi Peabea I think I'm a bit shell shocked. I found the run today difficult. The snow had turned into solid ice which was scary. Anyway, my plans are to start the bridge to 10k straight away.

I have said this before but my daughter wants to run a marathon and so we'll keep on pushing ahead. My whole family are entered for a 10k run in March. I'm certain that I'll be the last to finish but it's a 2 circuit run. Run once for 10k and twice for a half marathon so I hope that I'll finish before the half marathon people.

And thanks for the link Tish I've left my message I hope to get my green badge soon. Maybe it will sink in then.
