Week 3 Completed


My first post. So week 3 is complete and week 4 looms large. It seems that it's a big increase, but I've realised that you just need to trust the programme. Today is the first time that I've felt at all comfortable but I can see my max and average heart rate descreasing each time I run.

OK, my legs hurt and it seems like torture at the time, but the feeling of completing each run is a real incentive.

If anyone thinks they are too old, too heavy, or too unfit to do this course then give it a try. You may be surprised. I know I am!
