Well tonight I came, I saw, I kicked it's ass......lol

Note to self.. Use sinex before starting run, not try during.

Vision's of trying to remove the squeeze bottle from nose, just after my very, very close face plant on treadmill control panel....ow nasty.

Now reading lovely blogs for mind food, whilst sipping nice mug of tea.
