I have to admit I wasn’t looking forward to this considering how I felt on the first run for this week.
I was pleasantly surprised though, I found it hard but by no means as hard as 2 days ago probably I knew mentally what it was going to be like and the fact it was warm and pleasant and I was just wearing shorts and t shirt unlike the waterproof jacket and jogging bottoms of the first run.
I don’t seem to be out of breath much but my legs feel tired towards the end and I’m getting weird cravings for mushroom soup ! What the hell is that all about?
