...... I got even more determined!!!!! I didn't want to be beaten even tho' when Laura said only 1 minute to go I felt I'd run way over 5 mins (wishful thinking of course!!!) Had loved wk3 but finding wk4 much harder. One more run to do so hoping for inspiration for wk5!!!

And you did it! So well done, your determination will see you through to W9 and graduation! I have to say I struggled with every run of W4; other weeks have got slightly easier with each run but not W4. But, goody, W5R1 went really nicely on Monday, got that buzz again and it seemed less gruelling than W4. Hope it goes equally well for you. Mind you, got 2 big steps up with R2 tomorrow and the dreaded 20 minutes on Friday, which I cannot honestly imagine myself dong.good luck with the rest of W4 and the progression to W5... Let us know how it goes.

Thx soozz just completed r3 this am and although tough I enjoyed this more. Downloading wk5 as i type and it's all looking a bit daunting but I'm off on my hols next wed to the seaside so hoping to enjoy it with a little sea breeze behind me on my wk5/wk6 epics. Good luck 2mara with 20 min run just keep focusing on how much you have run and not how much you got to do....keep inspired

Yeah found my W4R2 run pretty tough today - thought I was going to die by the end but then I definitely pushed myself more than in previous runs I reckon. I think this week has been a big step up, hopefully it will get easier. Good luck with the rest of it!

Hey ml11j4b reckon we're on the same haul. Well I completed wk4r3 this am and felt so much better. Good luck and hopefully in a few weeks time we'll be writing about our epics in wk9..........

Also completed mine this morning and got really into it. I slowed my pace a little which meant I had a bit more energy in me for the final 5 mins but covered a tiny bit less distance than last time. But really loved it and looking forward to week 5!
