I would aim to go out and try for week 4 and see how it goes. As always, listen to your body. Good luck

I'm not an expert but I read something recently that said your body doesn't lose its conditioning that quickly so I'd say give week 4 a go. If you're struggling you could always switch back to week 3 halfway through.

I couldn't run for about a week over Christmas due to a back problem and re did a run of Week 3 before tackling Week 4. However that was as much about my having tried and failed at my first attempt at Week 4 as that it had been a eight days since I'd ran.
If you feel good about it, give it a lash.

Give it a go. If you do it then that's great. If not, no worries, do 1 or 2 week 3 runs again before you try again. Good luck
Great!! Thanks everyone.....I will give week 4 a go and see how I get on!!
