I'm having real problems with my teeth in this cold weather! They are getting really sensitive and hurting the rest of the day after my run when I eat or drink.
Any tips? Or should I just invest in a Buff?!

LOL at the buff suggestion; though I never wear mine over my mouth except for short bursts because can never breathe through them properly.
How about a balaclava? this guy has a couple of really good reviews, it's worth a look
Apart from seeing your dentist (!) How about trying some sensitive toothpaste? Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief is very good.
Smear the Sensodyne toothpaste onto your teeth and gums after cleaning at night and leave it to soak in, (tip from dentist). I would also buy a buff, I love mine and use it as a headband as well as for covering my mouth when out running to start off. They are so light weight and you can shove it into a pocket if you get too warm or just leave it around your neck.
Hang on in there, winter won't last for ever.
Ouch! I've had sensitive teeth like that before, and it isn't pleasant - especially if it goes on for hours after. (Fingers crossed, but I've not had it happen since I've been running.)
Well, looks to me like a buff is just what you need! Though if you're like me and wear glasses, putting it over your mouth won't work, as the glasses just steam up.
So maybe Sensitive toothpaste is the thing (tastes horrible, as far as I remember, but it did work really well). (I think this one shows teeth?)
A colon and a capital D... I only know that and
Wonder if any of these do anything:

Now, let's find out...
Oh!!! How exciting! Just in case anyone else wants to play (apologies to sensible people), this is how I got them (just take out the space between the two characters).

BUFF it is! Not sure if it will help you with the sensitive teeth problem, but you will love it otherwise!!!! Gayle
