Who knew That I was capable of getting this far!! Not me that's for sure. Can't believe I have just ran for 25 minutes!!! After about 10 minutes I needed the loo so I concentrated on that rather than how much longer I had to do!!! When I was near to the end I thought Oh I've only got 5 minutes to go..... a few weeks ago I couldn't run for 5 minutes in total!! W7 next..... bring it on!!!
