Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I have completed c25k 3 years ago, but haven't run for 2 & a half years. However I have decided to start over. Also I never blogged last time, so this a first.
I am realising how unfit I am, and am quite surprised that passers by haven't called an ambulance, on sighting the puce faced, sweating, panting woman lumbering along at a slow jog pace.
However I will stick with it, & my 2 sons aged 15 & 11 are gamely jogging with Mum for moral support.

Hi there katz nice to hear your back at it, I'm sure if you have completed it before you will do so again.....a word of warning though...i run on a treadmill and i caught my 18 yr old son trying to video me.
Luckily a well thrown water bottle made him leg it. Check the kids for video equipment before leaving the house.....
Now there was I thinking, aaah, how sweet, supportive children... But yes, maybe they are plotting subversive videos!
Hopefully not - it does sound lovely to have your sons encouraging you. My daughters are encouraging, but I haven't managed to persuade them to come out with me yet.
Oh no, here's hoping they don't get any ideas about secret videos. I would have to threaten them with showing embarrassing photos and /or telling everyone embarrassing stories about them. That should do the trick.
I also have a daughter, who turned 18 on New Year's Eve, she doesn't come running with us though.
I am tending to run under the cover of darkness at the moment, but will run in daylight tomorrow, as ended up not going as planned this evening. So it's W1 R3 for me & the boys hopefully sans any recording equipment!
Just want to say how encouraging it is to read about everybody's c25k (& beyond) journeys on here.
