Hey guys I’m determined to loose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. 2 days ago I tried to run for the first time in forever and I really struggled to run for 4 and a half minutes. I’ve never been any good at running but I didn’t realise how bad I am. Until today I have just completed my first run with c2 5k and it was so good feeling that I could do it. I’m determined to stick to my healthy eating and getting better at running. Hope everyone else is doing well remember your all amazing x

Welcome! Guess what you can't be bad at running, every time you get out and try you are getting better (even the runs that don't feel that way) Well done for getting started! I have nightmare from secondary school being made to run a mile and not being able to even run the first lap and then at 15 mins being told to stop as it didn't count if I couldn't complete it in the 15 mins. Guess what week 8 and I am running 28mins and love it. Trust the program!

School runs were never for me. I remember the teachers saying that I wasn’t trying when I was can’t wait to be able to run 28 mins like you !

Keep in touch, we have started c2k at the roughly the same time. I am already liking the enthusiasm and encouragement on this site. I am going to New York at beginning March and want to run around Central Park! It may only be on one path, but I can say I did it 👍🏙
