Happy to have got this done tonight, still in the gym but upped the incline to 0.5 which made more of a difference than i expected.
Will move on to W2 and onto better things

Well done - when you get a good day - try outside - it is good - I am about to start week 6 (unbelievable really!)
Yes, do try outside. I did most of the first few weeks on a treadmill but then added in some outdoor runs. They are more challenging in many ways and more interesting.

I did run outside last weekend but letting the weather put me off at the moment
As my next day to run is Saturday, was planning on running outside then. I do feel more comfortable in the gym but need to get out more in the week.
I will make an extra effort this week to get out a bit more.
