Just done my first run, along with hubby and daughter. Found it tough, but proud I've done it πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

First step is always the hardest, well done and congratulations on joining the best running club in the world!

Hope all of your runs give you as much satisfaction as the first one.

Welcome and well done. It's lovely to have family support. Slowly, gently and relaxed is the way to go.πŸ˜€

My husband and/ or daughter occasionally run at the same time as me - they are much faster than I am, so they do loops around me and wave now & then, so we can all go at our own comfortable pace.

Let us know how you get on so we can cheer for you! πŸ˜ƒ

I did week one last week, started week 2 yesterday - haven’t run at all ever, and certainly nothing this energetic for 25 years - feeling pleased with myself πŸ˜‰

Well done on starting! May not seem like it now, but it gets easier

Well done,. Remember, you CAN run on your own too, just in case your hubby and daughter lose their enthusiasm! And also remember to run at the pace YOU feel comfortable with.
