I just finished the 1st run of week one and feel pretty good for it. I am aiming to go again on Wednesday and Friday. I must have looked a sight but puffing and panting down the road. I want to look like some of the other joggers i have seen that look so fit and could probably run miles without breaking a sweat....

You will! Promise! Just work the program as it is all laid out for you and you will soon be a runner! I still huff and puff, but at least I am moving, running and off the couch! Gayle
i have read some of the other blogs of people that are much further down the line and they are running for 25 mins and some for 45 mins. I am finding it hard to believe i will get there. you are right though, regardless of how you look to others when you are out running. It is important to keep going, !!
