Day 1 run 1, I am happy to say the least at completing the first challenge, wasn't sure if i still had the capability, glad to say that I have a huge sense of achievement, and am looking forward to where this could take me, well home at the end obviously otherwise I'll just keep getting further away!!

It certainly is,I stopped weight lifting and just about everything else due to time constraints but I have decided that I am going to do this for me, thanks for your comment
