Congratulations to you Soph_revv53 for running and starting C25K, I notice that you are among several newcomers who have made a 2019 New Year resolution to get fitter and healthier and begin C25K, I wish you all the best for the next 9 weeks, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to.

Ohh brilliant thank for for the tip! I was a little worried if the next run would be way to difficult. If it is I will do the same run as previous and try the next run a couple of days later. This isn’t a resolution. However I have decided for my health physically and mentally this will be good for me and I plan to stick to it

You’ll be amazed at what you can do. I did my 2nd run of week 9 today - I started on 9th Nov. Just commit to doing it and you will succeed.

Good running shoes and a support bra - and it doesn’t matter at this stage how slowly you go - doing it is the thing. I’m still slow and will graduate on Friday on my 53rd birthday - ridiculously pleased with myself - I’ll work on the speed bit in the coming weeks and months.

Good luck!

You can take more rest days between runs if you need to and repeat runs as many times as you like too. Just get out there and enjoy it. Take it slow and steady and you will be fine. I'm on week it but I've taken longer than 8 weeks. Be sure to let us all know how it goes

Slow and steady is the way. Listen to your body and do keep posting!

Just take it gently and you will be ready for each and every one of the runs. :)
