Good day givman! No running for Steve/smhall and myself today, we are buried under several inches of the white stuff! I am not a treadmill type of person, but we may need to invest in one if this keeps up!!! Will you be doing parkruns through the Winter? Gayle

hey gayle so winter has finally come to you eh?

here in the Uk the weather is quite mild wet but mild so still able to get out

Iwill do as many park runs as I can through the winter months.. they start on a saturday at 9.00am so the hardest bit is getting out of bed

keep safe and hope you can get some runs in
