W9r3 is done and the Inspection Committee was by the fence on my way out to be sure I was really running. π Have to admit that on the way back, they were off in the next field nibbling grass in the mist, but Laura says Iβve done it, so it must be true. π
Very pleased indeed to have got through all 9 weeks with no injury to my 77 year old body, and it was great fun to jog on this morning past all the landmarks that used to be endurance targets in the weeks gone by.
Huge thanks to all the encouraging folk on this lovely forum!!β ππ Happy running, everyone. π

Wow Granspeed, well done and congratulations. At thirty years my senior, you put me to shame and I'll think of you when I'm feeling a bit puffed out and mardy. Very very impressive stuff. Keep on running xx
I shall keep on lurking about on here, βcause I need to know how youβre all doing. ππΌπCanβt manage now without my VRBs. This group is so lovely! πππΌββοΈ
