Have been quietly doing my thing after reaching 30 minutes of running on c25k. I ‘run’ so slowly that 30mins is nothing like 5k for me. It actually takes me 50 mins or more on a hot day.
I did the Race for Life 5k on Sunday and managed to run the whole way though it was really warm. This was my aim when I started so can tick that. And raised over £200.
New target, which is highly aspirational, is to get my time down to 45 mins - a mighty big ask. We shall see.
