Made it at long last - graduated this am before a tough day at work... one success in the bag and feel better for it!

Nowhere near 5km in 30 mins but hey ...something left to work at

No worries about the 5k - apparently only about 10% of us manage that, ( I doubt I ever will - & it doesn’t matter).

( I made myself a celebratory playlist of favourite music when I graduated and thoroughly enjoyed running with that during consolidation, along with some new routes.)πŸ˜„
