Without wishing to make an oscar worthy speech..

I have just come in from week 9 run 3 and would like to say thank you to all those who post here in such a positive way. I have been reading the blog posts and questions over the last weeks and found them really helpful; lots of tips for a novice runner. I enjoyed the feeling that it wasn't only me pounding the dark pavements in October, November and December, gasping for breath and quaking at the thought of week 5 run 3..... If previously very, very unfit me can do this then it must work. Off to ask for my graduate badge now :-)
