Just finished run 3 of week 5. Never would have believed that I would run 20 minutes without collapsing! Two days rest now and yes, according to my coach Sarah Milican ... I feel proud!

Well done you, that ones a big milestone! Once you realise you can run for 20 minutes you know you can complete everything else to come.
I just ran my first consolidation run app and coach free! I feel so grown up! I loved it!

Congratulations, run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
